Sarah Maycock

Went to 'Pick Me Up' at Somerset House this afternoon, and discovered my new favourite artist, Sarah Maycock. http://sarahmaycock.co.uk/HAPPENING-NOW-PICK-ME-UP-2012 Her animal portraits were so fantastic, and I was pretty upset to hear that her Bear Painting was not for sale; however I imagine I would've had a fight on my hands if it was! 

David Hockney

David Hockney is an absolute genius. His current exhibition at the Royal Academy is so brilliant. As soon as I left, I tried to buy more tickets to go again... unfortunately and unsurprisingly, it seems to have sold out! http://www.hockneypictures.com/home.php
