Paisley, Goats and Dolls!

So I am at the end of my super intense 5 week art course ...we have covered everything from bolt fabric, plates, book covers, abstract art and zipper pouches! Below is some of the work I have done...it's actually really made me want to pursue certain markets I haven't really thought of before!

Bolt Fabric

This week I started an online portfolio building course.....Assignment one was to design a piece of fabric for the Bolt Fabric market and the theme was 'Peppers and Pyrex'....I decided to try a completely new paper ripping technique for this project....it was actually really fun!

Wooden Tree Dolls

So the assignment I was set this month by Lilla's bootcamp was 'wall art on wood'. The wood pieces I ordered were much smaller than I expected so rather than do one detailed piece I decided to do a collection of dolls.

Jungle Mural

Massive damp problem meant that the corner of my son's room needed re-plastering so this weekend we decided to re-decorate!
